How long does delivery take?
For standard orders, 12-18 days from artwork approval. Bulk orders 500+ may take 3–4 weeks. Nationwide courier 2–3 days; international 5–10 days.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 25 pieces for this product. Smaller test batches available at higher per-piece rate — message us on WhatsApp to discuss.
Can I see a sample before bulk production?
Yes. For all orders 50+ pieces, we produce ONE sample for your approval before proceeding. Sample cost is refunded against bulk order. This adds 3–5 days to the timeline.
Can I send my own design or logo?
Absolutely. Send vector files (.AI / .EPS / .PDF / .SVG) for best quality, or any high-resolution image. Hand-drawn sketches also welcome — our designers will refine before production.
Do you ship internationally?
