Questions people askbefore they order.

Send us a photo of the place where the sign will go, the text you want on it and a rough size — WhatsApp is easiest. We reply with a design and the price. For a quick estimate for a signboard, you can also use the price calculator.

No. We design it in your name and send it with the price. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.

50% of the order value, to start production. The balance is paid on delivery.

The price on the quotation is for the product itself. Delivery and fitting / installation are charged separately and shown on the quotation, and VAT / AIT is not included. A quotation is valid for 7 days.

Not for signs — we make a single signboard or a single nameplate. Trophies and crests start from one piece. Coat pins, badges and key rings with your logo are made in bulk.

Usually 10 working days after you approve the design and pay the advance. The exact time is written on your quotation — it depends on the product and the quantity.

Yes. Inside Dhaka our own team delivers it and fits it. The fitting charge is separate and shown on the quotation.

Yes, by courier. The courier charge is added to the quotation.

Cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment (bKash / Nagad). The payment details are on your quotation.

Only after you confirm the final design in writing — a WhatsApp message is enough. Please check the spelling, phone numbers and size carefully before you confirm.

Every product is made to your design, so it cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. If it arrives damaged, or does not match the design you approved, tell us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will repair or remake it at no cost.

LED lightbox signboards (single or double sided), LED letter signs, neon signs, trophies and medals, crests in acrylic, wood or metal, golden nameplates, UV-printed acrylic boards, and corporate gifts — coat pins, badges and key rings with your logo.
