- We use it to reply to you, make your order and deliver it. We never sell it.
- Our pages set no cookies. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser.

Who we are
Custom Makory is a workshop for signboards, neon signs, trophies, crests and nameplates at DU Market, Katabon, Shop 143/B, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh. What we collect, and when
When you use the price calculator
The calculator works out the price inside your browser. If you then create a quotation image or PDF, we ask for your name, mobile number and shop or company name. These are saved on our website and sent to our business email, together with the items you chose, any text for the sign and the estimated total, so that we can follow up on that quotation.
When you request a quote on a product page
The "Request a quote" form asks for your name and phone number, and if you wish your email address, the size, quantity, placement and finish, the text for the sign, your area, a message and a design file of up to 10 MB. The request is saved on our website and sent to our business email. If you give an email address, we send you one confirmation email.
When you message, call or email us
If you contact us on WhatsApp, Messenger, by phone or by email, we see your number or address and whatever you send us, such as photos, logos and sizes. The quick-message form on our contact page sends nothing to our website: it only writes your message into WhatsApp on your own phone or computer, and you decide whether to send it.
When you place an order
To make and deliver an order we need your name, phone number, the delivery or fitting address and the design files you share, and we keep a record of the payments you make to us.
How we use it
- To reply to you with a design and a price.
- To make, deliver and fit your order, and to contact you about it.
- To keep records of quotations, orders and payments.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only where it is needed to serve you:
- Couriers and our own fitting team, who need your name, phone number and address to deliver or install an order.
- Payment services such as bKash, Nagad or your bank, when you pay through them.
- The services that run our website and messages: our web host (Hostinger), Google for email, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there.
Advertising and measurement
Our signboard advertising pages can use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries. When these are switched on, Google and Meta receive the page visit and a signal when you tap the WhatsApp or call button. They do not receive your name, your number or anything you type. You can control ad personalisation in your Google and Facebook account settings.
Cookies and your browser
Our own pages set no cookies. They remember two things in your browser's storage, which stays on your device: the language you chose (English or বাংলা) and, on our signage pages, the product photos you picked. You can clear these in your browser settings at any time. If you use the online shop's cart, the shop sets the cookies it needs to keep your cart.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, the contact page shows a Google map, and the price calculator loads its PDF tools from Cloudflare. Like any website you open, these services receive your IP address, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quotation requests and order records for as long as they are useful for following up and for our accounts. The price calculator keeps only its latest 500 requests; older ones are removed automatically. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
- Ask us what details we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct them.
- Ask us to delete them. We will, unless we have to keep the record of a paid order for our accounts.

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and the requests saved on it can only be seen from Custom Makory's own account.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

কী তথ্য রাখি, কখন রাখি
প্রাইস ক্যালকুলেটর ব্যবহার করলে
ক্যালকুলেটর দামটা আপনার ব্রাউজারের ভেতরেই হিসাব করে। এরপর কোটেশনের ছবি বা PDF বানাতে চাইলে আমরা আপনার নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর আর দোকান বা কোম্পানির নাম চাই। এগুলো, সাথে আপনার বেছে নেওয়া আইটেম, সাইনে কী লেখা থাকবে আর আনুমানিক মোট দাম, আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে সেভ হয় আর আমাদের ব্যবসার ইমেইলে যায়, যাতে ওই কোটেশন নিয়ে আমরা আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি।
প্রোডাক্ট পেজে কোটেশন চাইলে
"Request a quote" ফর্মে আপনার নাম আর ফোন নম্বর চাওয়া হয়; চাইলে ইমেইল, সাইজ, পরিমাণ, কোথায় বসবে, ফিনিশ, সাইনের লেখা, আপনার এলাকা, একটা মেসেজ আর ১০ MB পর্যন্ত একটা ডিজাইন ফাইলও দিতে পারেন। অনুরোধটা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে সেভ হয় আর আমাদের ব্যবসার ইমেইলে যায়। ইমেইল দিলে আপনাকে একটা নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেইল পাঠানো হয়।
মেসেজ, কল বা ইমেইল করলে
WhatsApp, Messenger, ফোন বা ইমেইলে যোগাযোগ করলে আমরা আপনার নম্বর বা ঠিকানা আর আপনি যা পাঠান (যেমন ছবি, লোগো, সাইজ) দেখতে পাই। যোগাযোগ পেজের "দ্রুত মেসেজ" ফর্ম আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে কিছুই পাঠায় না: এটা শুধু আপনার নিজের ফোন বা কম্পিউটারের WhatsApp-এ মেসেজটা লিখে দেয়, পাঠাবেন কি না তা আপনিই ঠিক করেন।
অর্ডার দিলে
অর্ডার বানাতে আর ডেলিভারি দিতে আমাদের আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ডেলিভারি বা ফিটিংয়ের ঠিকানা আর আপনার দেওয়া ডিজাইন ফাইল লাগে; আপনার পেমেন্টের রেকর্ডও আমরা রাখি।
তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি
- ডিজাইন আর দাম জানিয়ে আপনাকে উত্তর দিতে।
- আপনার অর্ডার বানাতে, ডেলিভারি ও ফিটিং করতে, আর এ নিয়ে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে।
- কোটেশন, অর্ডার আর পেমেন্টের হিসাব রাখতে।
কার সাথে শেয়ার করি
আপনার তথ্য আমরা বিক্রি বা ভাড়া দিই না। শুধু আপনাকে সেবা দিতে যতটুকু দরকার, ততটুকু শেয়ার করি:
- কুরিয়ার আর আমাদের নিজস্ব ফিটিং টিম, যাদের অর্ডার পৌঁছাতে বা বসাতে আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর আর ঠিকানা লাগে।
- পেমেন্ট সেবা, যেমন bKash, Nagad বা আপনার ব্যাংক, যখন আপনি এগুলো দিয়ে পেমেন্ট করেন।
- যে সেবাগুলো দিয়ে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট আর মেসেজ চলে: আমাদের ওয়েব হোস্ট (Hostinger), ইমেইলের জন্য Google, আর আপনি মেসেজ দিলে WhatsApp (Meta)।
বিজ্ঞাপন ও পরিমাপ
আমাদের সাইনবোর্ডের বিজ্ঞাপনের পেজগুলোতে Google Ads আর Meta (Facebook) Pixel ব্যবহার করা যায়, আমাদের বিজ্ঞাপন থেকে কতজন যোগাযোগ করছেন তা মাপতে। এগুলো চালু থাকলে Google আর Meta জানতে পারে যে পেজটা খোলা হয়েছে, আর আপনি WhatsApp বা কলের বোতাম চাপলে একটা সংকেত পায়। আপনার নাম, নম্বর বা আপনি যা লেখেন, তার কিছুই তারা পায় না। বিজ্ঞাপন ব্যক্তিগতকরণ আপনার Google আর Facebook অ্যাকাউন্টের সেটিংস থেকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারেন।
কুকি ও আপনার ব্রাউজার
আমাদের নিজস্ব পেজ কোনো কুকি সেট করে না। শুধু দুটো জিনিস আপনার ব্রাউজারের স্টোরেজে মনে রাখা হয়, যা আপনার ডিভাইসেই থাকে: আপনি কোন ভাষা বেছে নিয়েছেন (English বা বাংলা), আর আমাদের সাইনেজ পেজে কোন প্রোডাক্টের ছবি বেছে নিয়েছেন। ব্রাউজারের সেটিংস থেকে যেকোনো সময় এগুলো মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। অনলাইন শপের কার্ট ব্যবহার করলে কার্ট মনে রাখার জন্য শপ প্রয়োজনীয় কুকি সেট করে।
আমাদের পেজ Google Fonts থেকে ফন্ট লোড করে, যোগাযোগ পেজে একটা Google ম্যাপ দেখায়, আর প্রাইস ক্যালকুলেটর তার PDF টুল Cloudflare থেকে লোড করে। যেকোনো ওয়েবসাইট খোলার মতোই এই সেবাগুলো আপনার IP ঠিকানা পায়, আর তাদের নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুযায়ী সেটা ব্যবহার করে।
কতদিন রাখি
কোটেশনের অনুরোধ আর অর্ডারের রেকর্ড আমরা ততদিন রাখি, যতদিন তা যোগাযোগ রাখার আর হিসাবের কাজে লাগে। প্রাইস ক্যালকুলেটর শুধু সর্বশেষ ৫০০টা অনুরোধ রাখে; পুরনোগুলো নিজে থেকে মুছে যায়। চাইলে আপনারটা তার আগেই মুছে দিতে বলতে পারেন।
আপনি যা করতে পারেন
- আপনার সম্পর্কে আমাদের কাছে কী তথ্য আছে, জানতে চাইতে পারেন।
- ভুল থাকলে ঠিক করতে বলতে পারেন।
- মুছে ফেলতে বলতে পারেন। আমরা মুছে দেব, তবে পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডারের রেকর্ড হিসাবের জন্য রাখতে হতে পারে।

তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট নিরাপদ (HTTPS) সংযোগ ব্যবহার করে, আর ওয়েবসাইটে সেভ হওয়া অনুরোধগুলো শুধু Custom Makory-র নিজস্ব অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকেই দেখা যায়।

তথ্য ব্যবহারের নিয়মে কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে আমরা এই পেজ হালনাগাদ করব। উপরের তারিখটা দেখায় শেষবার কবে পরিবর্তন হয়েছে।
